📋 HTET 2024 Eligibility Criteria – Level-Wise
Level I – PRT (Classes 1 to 5)
- 10+2 with 50% marks + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / Special Education / B.E.Ed
- OR 10+2 with 45% marks + same diploma (as per NCTE norms)
- OR Bachelor’s degree in any stream + 2-year Diploma in Elementary/Special Education
Level II – TGT (Classes 6 to 8)
- Bachelor’s degree with 50% + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
- OR Bachelor’s degree with 50% + B.Ed / Special B.Ed
- OR 10+2 with 50% + 4-year integrated BA B.Ed / B.Com B.Ed
Level III – PGT
- Master’s degree in relevant subject with 50% marks
- + B.Ed degree
📝 How to Apply for HTET 2024
- Visit the official BSEH website.
- Click on ‘Apply Online for HTET 2024’ (link active from 01 June 2025).
- Read the notification carefully before applying.
- Keep scanned documents ready – photograph, signature, ID proof, and thumb impression.
- Fill in the online application form with accurate details.
- Preview all entries before final submission.
- Pay the application fee via the available online payment modes.
- Take a printout of the final submitted application for future reference.
📚 HTET 2024 Syllabus and Exam Pattern
Each level of HTET includes 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) worth 150 marks. Exam duration is 2 hours and 30 minutes. No negative marking.

🔁 Correction Window
The correction window for online applications will be open from 06 – 07 June 2025. Candidates can modify incorrect entries such as personal details, subject choice, and uploaded documents during this period. No changes will be allowed after the window closes.
📄 Admit Card
Candidates will be able to download their HTET 2024 admit card a few days before the exam. You must carry the printed admit card along with a valid photo ID proof to the examination center.
