As a QA Lead, you will take charge of delivering high-quality software by leading QA processes across onshore and offshore teams. Your role will be instrumental in defining and improving quality strategies to ensure product excellence.

📍 Job Location & Schedule

• Location: 100% Remote
• Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
• Company HQ: Gurugram, Haryana

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Define QA strategies, frameworks, and test roadmaps
• Manage internal and offshore QA teams
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts
• Resolve bugs efficiently in collaboration with developers
• Maintain comprehensive QA documentation
• Use tools like Selenium, JUnit, Jenkins, Cucumber, Artillery

🛠️ Required Skills & Tools

• Mandatory: Java, Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, Maven, Rest Assured, GIT, SQL
• Preferred: Playwright, Katalon Studio, SonarQube, Artillery, VSTS
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines

🎓 Education & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline
• 7–12 years of QA experience
• At least 2 years of team leadership in QA
• Experience managing offshore QA teams and agile methodologies
